You don’t need many tools to paint a bathroom. A brush is about all that’s necessary. However, you can make the job easier with a few other inexpensive tools. * A paint roller and tray will let you put more paint on the wall faster. * A roll of plastic drop-cloth can make cleanup easier. * Masking tape will make it easier to paint up to the edge of another surface. * An edge roller will minimize masking and cut job time. * An airless paint sprayer can dramatically cut application time in larger rooms though it adds to the prep and cleanup. Remodeling Tips If you’re doing much painting, invest in a lamb’s wool roller, typically less than $15. Not only will it hold more paint and apply smoother, it also is easier to clean up than other rollers.
