Installing bathroom wall cabinets are even easier than installing base cabinets. Typically, wall cabinets are single units that simply attach to the wall studs and ceiling rafters. If you are installing larger or heavier cabinets, consider installing them before you install the base cabinets. You will find it much easier to lift them and hold them in place if you’re not working over existing cabinetry. Smaller cabinets can be installed relatively easily over existing cabinets. In fact, you can support the wall cabinets with a temporary frame built to sit atop the counter. If you are concerned about damaging the counter surface, either protect it or use the frames prior to installing the final counter surface.
