You’ll soon write a check—or ask a lender to write a check— for the cost of your bathroom remodel. No matter who actually writes it, the money is yours. Make sure that it is as accurate and complete as possible. Take a final review of your goals, your plans, and your options. If you’re using a lender (Bathroom Finance) you or a contractor will develop the final cost figures and submit them to the lender. Even if you are your own contractor and lender, it’s a good idea to produce a written budget that goes with your remodel plan. Think of it as your remodeling map.
