It’s a double-check that can save hundreds of dollars as well as give you greater participation in your home. Remodeling Safety Even if you’re just remodeling a small bathroom yourself, keep a first aid kit handy. It takes only a moment to injure yourself; make sure it takes little time to take care of it. The kit can include basic first aid supplies and cost less than $20, available at building material and auto parts stores. Can you change your mind? Yes, for a price. If you change your mind on a remodeling component before it is ordered the plan change may be minimal. If you wait until the new tub is delivered to decide that you want another color the cost in time and money will be much higher. If the change makes a difference to the cost or remodel schedule a contractor probably will ask you to sign a change order document.
