Standard toilets are relatively easy to install:

* Install the floor flange, mating it with the toilet DWV pipe

* Turn the new toilet over and install the wax gasket

* Place the bowl over the flange and nuts

* Make sure the bowel is level, then tighten the flange nuts

* If necessary, attach the tank to the bowl (some toilets are one piece)

* Hook up the water supply to the tank
